Kelly's Gift Framed Print
This framed print is part of Susan Point’s Reflections series. “Reflections is a reawakening of thumbnail sketches and studio materials, some of which go back several decades. I enjoy experimenting with thumbnail sketches from my previous sketchbooks; especially the ones that were never realized or brought to completion...This process has allowed me to add dimension to the thumbnails in my sketchbooks. I get to take my thumbnails a step further, sort of like highlighting images that were shadows in my mind.
120 of these digital prints were part of an installation at the Vancouver Art Gallery during my solo exhibition, Susan Point: Spindle Whorl (2017). This print was displayed in the exhibition. I have created upwards of 166 of this variable series to date.” —Susan Point, 2017Show More
